- Upon confirmation of your interest and provisional terms covering choice of home and payment plan, an offer letter will be presented to prospective buyer.
- If buyer accepts, a sale and purchase agreement is presented to buyer for signing.
- Purchase and sale agreement is signed, and deposit is paid.
- Plot is allocated to buyer.
- Upon completion of payment, buyer can move in.

- Schedule a viewing session by filling visit form here.
- Scheduled date and time will be confirmed by staff.
- Arrangements will be made by staff for prospective buyer to view the project site and property.
- Prospective buyer views project site.
