OUR HISTORY
Eznat Housing Development Zambia Ltd is a real estate development company, formed by an accountant and an architect who shared a vision of a better way of making home ownership affordable to everyone who wanted to own a home. They believed that property provided the key to connecting people and creating an environment where thriving communities could form and flourish. This concept follows their successful establishment of Eznat Limited in the United Kingdom (www.eznat.co.uk), that has been successfully running for over 10 years, around the same theme of affordable home ownership.
